Terms and Conditions

                                                             Policy Information

• Forms and Waivers- Clients must sign all paperwork prior to the first lesson. There are no exceptions. This is a requirement for the space and for my safety. 
• Payment- Payment is expected prior to the start of swim lessons. This can be either by check, cash, Venmo, or Paypal. 
• Cancelations- I understand that life happens so I am flexible when it comes to cancelation policies. However, I have limited space and multiple clients so if there are multiple times with no-shows and no calls we will need to discuss options and fines. 
• Behavior- Disrespectful behavior and language are not allowed while at swim lessons.
